numero uno

so i was sitting on the couch with ruby just thinking to myself and reading rosie and kirsten's blogs and thought"hey, i think stuff sometimes! maybe i could share..."
thus the birth of this fella.
I have one request though if you do read this, don't tell me. and if you wanna follow, make it private. cos that way it sorta enables me to actually share stuff, not really knowing who reads it will make it way easier to be really honest! (i hope that makes sense)

had a really great weekend at stump, fellowship, friends, faith and donuts.
the whole event is a different experience yet the same somehow, being at a different venue and all. however i think the got closer to the right layout this year. the music finishing at midnight business kinda sucks though. poor old outback hippies.
it was a pretty sad stump though, mikeh played his last san salvador show... aghhhhhh, devo! ss won't be the same without mikeh :( sigh

had an awesome weekend spending time with everyone that came with st d's and other friends that were there.i wish i could spend all my time like that, just wandering around praising god and hanging out with my friends, discussing things and being a sweet community. it's just the greatest.

mmmm i spent alot of the time asleep. that was pretty good though, a nice change from the regular sleepless stump.

coming back home was nice, had an awesome shower and unpacked cars. the house is still in post camping mode, tents drying and camping paraphernalia waiting to be put back i storage for another year.

dave came and stayed the night which was mega fun. that guy is the greatest!!!watched and umbilical brothers show then went walkies and got some milo and cool mints. chatted and laughed ourselves silly till the wee hours of the morning. seriously, i will miss him so much next year when he goes to canada.

hehe, milly has come and joined me...

so today was an interesting one. went to bunnings with dad to get a whole bunch of timber and bits n bobs to make a shelter thing in the back yard. anyway, we got all the stuff, and it turned out the deivery was gonna be like a billion dollars so we used the courtesy trailer. fun!
brought the stuff home then took the trailer back...
the arvo consisted of digging, thinking, and measuring. then it started raining. work however continued! the chooks helped me dig and ate all the wormies and fun things like that.
all the while, i was texting rosie posie!
went over to the cousins place for boaz's birthday which was pretty fun, love seeing the clan!
can't wait to see the melbourne lot asap though gottta organise something...

saturday is party day and preparations are underway. super excited!!! it's gonna be a busy week.

anyway, that was some stuff i thought of just now... maybe more interesting things will come later, who knows? congratulations if you brought yourself to read all this garbage!
thankyou
